  • Down Syndrome Resource & Activity Package for Elementary Teachers

    DSAMT has created a resource & activity package for elementary school teachers. This packet will help you teach your students about what it means to have Down syndrome and to be a good friend to everyone. We hope these discussions will result in more friendships and improved attitudes towards acceptance and inclusion of all friends, regardless of ability.

    Packets include a flexible curriculum complete with fun activities to engage students' interests, a printable coloring book, a children's book, a behavior book, and an awareness gift for each student. *Children's book and awareness gift are only available while supplies last.

    Anyone can request a packet for a teacher, there is no charge for packets to be sent to Middle TN Schools. These are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    There is a $50 fee to cover cost of books and materials for those outside of Middle TN.
